Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately using the contact information provided at the bottom of this page. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return the item(s) upon delivery following our standard return procedure.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached
• The item must be in its original packaging, including any protective wrapping or boxes
• You must provide proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to our facility.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Refund amounts will include the purchase price of the returned item(s) minus any applicable restocking fees (if any). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please take the following steps:

2. Contact your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary
